LE-800 high concentration leveling agent for polyester
Main ingredients: Complex with various surfactants
Physical properties: Appearance: yellow to yellow brown viscous liquid
Ionicity: anionic
Solubility: soluble in water
Characteristic and usage:
1. excellent dye dispersion, moderate retarding effect and migration
2. Low-foam for Cheese dyeing, but also for color repair
3. Achromatic effect does not occur, suitable for polyester and blended fabrics with disperse dyes by high temperature high pressure process.
Application method:
dilution method: This product is concentrated products.Dilute it before use. The rate is 1:10 with non-ionic water.After diluted,general application process is folloing:
Leveling agent(10% diluent): 1-2 g/l
Bath ratio: 1:10-15
Temperature: 120-130
Holding time :40-60 minutes
The specific process should be based on tests, as appropriate, to adjust
levelling agent
